Shipping Policy
- We ship locally and internationally to any address in the world.
- Weekday orders placed prior 2PM will be shipped the same day.
- Weekday orders placed after 2PM will be processed the next business day.
- Weekend orders will be processed the following business day.
- Depending on the shipping provider that the buyer choose, Domestic ground shipments usually takes 1-5 business days and international shipments usually takes 2-8 business days. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
- If a product is out of stock or a special order, then this product is sourced from a supplier or a manufacturer and this usually takes 5-12 business days to get shipped to the buyer. Some orders may take longer and are shipped complete within 12-15 business days. We notify the buyer if any product is out of stock or special order that would take longer than 25 business days to fulfill and ship out.
- We only ship an order once it is 100% in stock.
- We still could ship partial orders if a buyer requested for this, at which time additional shipping charges may apply.
- Shipping rates for many items are weight-based but very rare items may not price right due to incorrect weights/dimensions, oversized, require multiple cartons, extremely heavy, or contain hazardous materials etc. In this case, additional shipping charges may apply, and buyer will receive a call or e-mail from us right away prior to shipping his order for approval. Given the option to pay the additional charges, remove items causing the extra charges or cancel the order entirely without penalty.
- We provide the buyer with a tracking number once an order gets shipped (If applicable)
- Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our discretion.
- We assume the FULL responsibility for paying Tax, import duties and any charges related to any products showing an additional fee added to "Tax/ Import Charges" when it is purchased on tpsgaragestore.com website and shipped to certain Countries, the buyer is not responsible to pay any other fees.
- We do NOT assume the responsibility for Tax, import duties or charges related to any products showing $0 fees to "Tax/ Import Charges" when it is purchased on tpsgaragestore.com website and shipped to any Country worldwide, the buyer is responsible for paying any Tax, import duties or other charges that may apply at his destination.
- Any refused or undelivered orders will be processed according to the terms that would apply to that Product if a return were requested. All shipping costs, including return freight charges and return-to-send fees, will be assessed against any refund. Any customs clearance charges will also be assessed and deducted from any refund.
- In the event that a product has been discontinued, buyer will receive a call or e-mail from us right away and his order will immediately be cancelled and refunded.
- We reserve the right to refuse to ship any product we may deem unshippable such as items like hazardous material, glass or any other very fragile parts.
Returns & Exchanges policy
- All sales are final. All products are subject to price changes and availability.
- You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Any returns accepted must be returned within 30 days of date of purchase, be unused, and in unopened new box.
- We pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) where this must be reported to sales@tpsgaragestore.com within 48 hours of receipt.
- All returns are subject to inspection. Any part that, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions and/or due to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration.
- In the event of an item purchased online and had Earned Boost Points, the equivalent amount of Boost Points will be deducted from the Member’s Account when the return transaction has been processed.
- We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any return.
- No Cancellations or returns on Special Order Products. "Special Order Products" is referred to any part that is or was NOT in-stock at TPS Garage When the order was placed.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received, approved and processed the returned item.
